Built and maintained for you · Runs on hardware you control
Everything your business knows, in one place your team can just ask.
Your contracts, your CRM, your project folders, your invoices and the mail between them each hold a piece of the truth. We connect every one of them into a single picture that stays current — so finding an answer stops being a small project.
A thirty-minute call. If it is not a fit, we say so on that call.
- Ask instead of digging
- Not a trip through three systems and one colleague's memory.
- Never quietly stale
- Every source re-syncs on its own clock. November does not quote August.
- Yours to keep
- No vendor in the middle, no per-seat licence, nothing hosted by us.
The difference, concretely
What actually changes on a Monday
Today
Once it exists
Today“Where did we land with Northwind on the renewal?” — a trip through the CRM, a shared drive and someone's inbox.
Once it existsOne question, one answer, with the term, the date and the invoice number attached.
TodayA new hire is useful only once they have absorbed the history nobody wrote down.
Once it existsThey read the account instead of asking around, and start contributing on it far sooner.
TodayTwo people quote two different numbers to the same client, and both were right last quarter.
Once it existsEveryone reads from the same record, and the record carries the date it was last true.
TodayNobody notices a system fell out of date until it is quoted back to you in a meeting.
Once it existsEach source has its own schedule and is monitored. Drift is a maintenance ticket, not a surprise.
How it works
Four steps, and only the last one is yours
- 01
We find where your answers live
The systems that actually hold the truth, which are rarely the ones on the org chart. You keep that map either way.
- 02
We connect every one of them
One small adapter per system — including the internal tool with no public API that nobody else will touch.
- 03
It stays current on its own
Each source has its own schedule. Records are matched on the ID they already carry, so nothing duplicates.
- 04
Your team just asks
In plain language, from the assistant your company already uses — and the answer comes back with its source attached.
It is not tied to one AI vendor. Whatever your company standardises on — a hosted assistant, your own API key, or a model running on your own hardware — the picture underneath is the same, and it is yours.
What you get
A working system, not a strategy deck
- A map of where your answers live
- Written down, with the owner of each system named. Useful on its own, and yours whether or not you go further.
- An adapter for every source that matters
- Drives and folders, your CRM, ticketing, billing, mail — and the twelve-year-old internal system with no API.
- The picture, built and checked against reality
- The first full sync, run and audited against what your people know to be true. Duplicates are impossible by construction.
- Connected to how your team already works
- Wired into the assistant your company already uses, so people ask in a tool they have open — not one more dashboard.
- A handover your own team can read
- Where every adapter lives, what it does, how to add the next one. We are not a dependency you would struggle to remove.
- Someone watching the syncs
- When an upstream system changes shape — and one will — we repair it, usually before anyone notices a stale answer. This is what the monthly fee buys.
How the engagement runs
About four weeks, and the first step is free
- Call one
Which questions are expensive?
Thirty minutes. You describe what your team re-answers every week. We tell you plainly whether this is the right shape for it — sometimes it is not.
- Week 1
Discovery and a fixed scope
We inventory the systems and confirm who can grant access, then come back with which sources, what the first version answers, and what it costs.
- Weeks 2–3
Build and first sync
Adapters written, credentials placed in the machine's keychain, the first full sync run and checked. You watch it answer your own questions.
- Week 4
Handover and onboarding
Your team gets it connected and gets the written handover. Then the schedule takes over and it maintains itself.
- Ongoing
Maintenance, month to month
We watch the syncs, repair adapters when upstream systems change, and add new sources as you adopt them. Cancellable — it keeps running without us.
Who it is for
And, honestly, who it is not
- More systems than one person can hold in their head, and the seams between them are where things get lost.
- The same questions get re-answered every week by whoever happens to remember.
- Someone senior wants this to exist and can actually grant access to the source systems.
- You want a chatbot for your customers. This answers internally.
- Everything already lives in one system with good search. You do not need this.
- You need it to write back to those systems. It reads and answers; it does not update your CRM.
The security answer
Where your data actually goes
There is no account with us, no server of ours, and nothing phones home. Everything sits on a machine you control — one of yours, or one we set up and hand you the keys to.
The honest asterisk: indexing a document means sending its contents to a language model. That is the one place your data leaves that machine, and we put it in writing before anything is pointed at your files.
You choose the model, including one running locally on that same machine. If a class of documents cannot go to a hosted provider, we run those locally and nothing else changes.
Credentials are the exception with no asterisk: they live in the operating system's keychain, never in a config file and never visible to the model.
Because there is no vendor in the middle, the review is short — and the answer to “what if you disappear?” is that the code is open, MIT-licensed, and already on your hardware.
What it costs
Two numbers, and you get both before the build starts
- The build
- From €3,000
- Keeping it true
- From €200
one-off — quoted after discovery
per month — cancellable
No per-seat licence, and no charge for the software itself — it is open source whether you hire us or not. You are paying for the integration work and for someone keeping it true.
The build is priced on how many sources you have and how awkward they are to reach. We quote after discovery, because a number invented before we have seen your systems is not a real number.

A few fields and one honest paragraph gets you a thirty-minute call. If it is not a fit, we will say so on that call rather than sell you a discovery phase.
